Daily Sessions

Each day you will have a set of session based on Optimal Recall™ .

Each day you start by learning some new words, this is normally at 8am, but this can be altered to an earlier or later time depending on your preference.

You will be introduced to the new words and phrases gradually and after a short period you will be asked to recall them.

The optimum recall is handled by showing the English version of a word and asking you to recall the translation. Once you have tried to recall the word - you can check to see if you were correct.

You will need to successfully recall the words 3 times for this first session to complete, which should take about 5 minutes.

Through the day there will be further memory sessions, that will last about a minute each. If you have kept the default time of 8am to start with then the sessions will be at the following times:

  • 8:00 am : Learning new words and revise old ones (5 minutes)
  • 8:20am : revise today's new words (1 minute)
  • 9:10am : revise today's new words (1 minute)
  • 13:30am : revise today's new words (1 minute
  • 17:00am : revise today's new words (1 minute)
